We can recruit anywhere in the world and adapt to your timezone and language requirements. However, the larger chunk of our network  is based in Latin America and speak perfect English, which is ideal for US-based clients.

When hiring through us, you can either sign a classic contract to employ the person or make an agreement through our company. In the latter case, if you decide to compensate the person through us, you won’t have to worry about taxes, benefits, vacation time, termination costs, etc. We’ll take care of everything for as long as you want and you can decide to stop the agreement with a notice period of 1 week.

Yes, you can hire a design strategist o project manager through us as well, and they will ensure work is moving at the right pace and in the right direction without needing any of your time. However, some degree of  feedback from internal stakeholders is always useful.
